Meeting: Tuesday, September 10, 2013

The next Aging & Disability Network meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2013  2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at Malta Community Center, 1 Bayberry Drive, Malta.  Lyndon Cudlitz, Program Director for Pride Center of the Capital Region will present on how service providers can better understand and support the unique needs of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) seniors.  Please extend the invitation to others you think would be interested in attending.

Note that our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013  2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at Saratoga United Methodist Church, 175 5th Avenue, Saratoga Springs.  Karen Laing, a public health educator, will be speaking about health literacy skills and how the lack of those skills impact your clients and patients on a daily basis.
