The next Aging & Disability Network
meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2014 2 - 3:30 p.m. at Malta
Community Center, 1 Bayberry Drive, Malta. Please let me know if you will
be attending at sosdevelopment@nycap.rr.com.
Feel free to extend the invitation to others you think would be interested in
participating.
There
has been a change in this month's presenters. In place of Donna Jennings we
will be joined by Ellen Egger-Aimone, Geriatric Care Manager, Kim Swire,
Elder Care Consultant for CHOICES at St. Peter's, and Kym Hance, Director of
Client and Community Services for Home Helpers. They will provide an
overview of the services offered by geriatric care managers in the Capital
District for the aging population and their caregivers.
Our
next meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 2 - 3:30 p.m. at Saratoga
Springs United Methodist Church, 175 5th Avenue, Saratoga Springs. The
presenter for this meeting is TBA.
