The next Aging& Disability Network meeting is scheduled for
Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at Saratoga United Methodist
Church, 175 5th Avenue, Saratoga Springs. Katiria Romero, Account Manager for VNSNY CHOICE Health
Plans, will be speaking about Managed Long Term Care (MLTC), including
eligibility and requirements, mandatory mailings, benefits, enrollment,
assessment and effective date. Please extend
the invitation to others you think would be interested in attending. Caitlin
St. George, Community Liaison for The Eddy will briefly discuss the
partnership between VNSNY and The Eddy.
Our next meeting date will
be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. at St. Edward the
Confessor Church, Clifton Park.
